Progressive Lifestyles, Inc. has been in operation since 1983. Serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A primary focus of our organization is to build relationships with the individuals we serve through The Culture of Gentleness. We strive to help the individuals feel Safe and Loved, while maximizing Praise, minimizing Demands, maintaining consistent Structure, and reducing stress during Transitions. We will mentor you in The Culture of Gentleness beginning on the first day of your employment.

We can guarantee a (40) hour work week. Can’t work (40) hours? Part time hours are available as well with benefits available with as few as 20 hours per week.
Are you a college student? We offer a $200 tuition reimbursement for books each fall and winter semester, and we will work our schedule around (2) days of school. Want to be a college student? We offer an apprenticeship program in partnership with Oakland Community College.
